This would be a campaign where bringing in some of the original campaign elements would help.
Namely
C* was well supplied and had numbers / weight.
The clans that failed did so mostly because they did not have enough supplies for repair & reload. How do we represent this?
1. have multiple battles w/o repair &/or reload. No way to enforce this except as a gentlemens' agreement, unless the admins have special switches to enable these things (like a counter that tracks how many battles between repairs / reloads.
2. Give C* a 50% tonnage bonus , or conversely do battles as bv balanced, or even 10% in favor of C*.
3. Increase reload warchest cost
4. Increase repair warchest cost (i would have the reload as the greater increase because that is classically one of the clan's flaws.
